– Security and Password. You agree not to share, give or sell your password or username to any other person or company or allow any third party to access your account or an Online Course through your account. Excessive viewings or logins by you will be construed by Us as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of your access to the Online Course without refund. The system allows ONE login (session) of a single device (username) at a time. When you sign up and/or log in on our website don’t forget to logout once you finish your session, otherwise you will not be able to log in again due to website security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us (by e-mail to admin@www.awakeacademy.org) of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph. We reserve the right to cancel your access to Online Courses if we believe your username and/or password has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.
– We do not substitute any doctor or other qualified health care provider. The contents of this course won’t substitute professional medical advice, diagnose or treatment. Awake academy and Charlie Morley are not responsible for people presenting any physical or mental issue. Our intention is to inspire change from within and not to substitute professional physicians.
– Non-commercial use. The Online Courses may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes, except as specifically approved by Us. Unauthorized framing of or linking to any of our Online Courses is prohibited.
– Intellectual property. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, download, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, disseminate or distribute in any way any of the Course Materials
– Refund – the courses are non-refundable.
– Coupon Code – It is necessary that the discount coupon code is typed in the appropriate box and make sure to click on “APPLY COUPON” before the purchase in order to obtain a discount on our courses. Failing to do so will result of a payment of the full course price with no entitlement to a refund.
